Refund policy

If you bought Remove ads on xx1.lol and you're not happy with it, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.

How to ask for one

Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, so refunds go through them:

Open the receipt email from Paddle and follow the link to manage your order, or
Go to paddle.net and look up your purchase with the email you paid with, or
Email us at support@averysassy.ai with the email you paid with and we'll sort it out.

Refunds go back to the card or PayPal account you paid with. Your bank may take a few days to show it. Once a purchase is refunded, ads come back on the browsers it was used on.

After 14 days

We'll still look at any request, especially if something didn't work. Just email us.

The iOS app

Purchases made in the XXI iOS app are sold by Apple, so refunds for those go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't refund App Store purchases ourselves.
