Terms of use

Last updated 11 October 2026

These terms cover the XXI website at xx1.lol and the optional Remove ads purchase on it. By using the site you agree to them. They're short on purpose.

Who we are

XXI is made by Devanshu Chaudhary, trading as Sassy AI, a sole proprietorship registered in India. You can reach us at support@averysassy.ai.

The game

XXI is free to play and needs no account. A new puzzle is published every day. We may change, pause or stop the game, the archive or any feature at any time. The site shows third-party ads (Google AdSense) unless you've bought Remove ads.

Don't misuse the site: no automated scraping of puzzles in bulk, no attempts to break, overload or interfere with it, and no use that breaks the law.

Remove ads (web)

Remove ads is an optional one-time purchase of US$4.99 (plus any tax that applies where you live). It removes ads on xx1.lol in the browser you bought it in. You can restore it on a few other browsers using the email address you paid with, via "Restore purchase" on the play page. It isn't a subscription and doesn't renew.

It covers the website only. The XXI iOS app has its own, separate Remove ads purchase made through Apple, and app purchases are governed by Apple's standard licence terms.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase.

See our refund policy for how refunds work.

No warranty

XXI is provided as is. We do our best to keep it running and correct, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using the site, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes that affect a purchase you've already made won't take away what you paid for.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
